Experience

Ben Stellpflug has experience representing clients in State and Federal courts throughout the country, and he has specialized in litigation and trial work for most of his 12-year career. Ben brings a passion for complex problem solving and client advocacy to the firm.

 His legal experience spans issues pertaining to products liability, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, contract disputes, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and related civil litigation matters. He has litigated cases at every level of the Minnesota Courts, as well as countless Federal jurisdictions across the country. Based on this array of experience, Ben prides himself on his ability to formulate the best path forward for each client’s unique circumstances.
