Experience
Betsy has experience representing Clients throughout the state for over a decade. Prior to practicing, she served as a judicial law clerk in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District for the Honorable Jack Nordby.
Her legal background spans the defense of commercial, corporate, private, and insurance clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters including personal injury, defamation, premises liability, construction defect, and insurance coverage issues. She has defended Clients at the Appelleate court as well. Knowing that the legal process can be complicated, she prides herself on finding the best path forward for each Client, based on their individual circumstances.
Betsy has resolved hundreds of disputes through mediation and arbitration. She served as the MDLA No-Fault Committee chair for two years, and has educated insurers on the topic of No-Fault defense and Examination’s Under Oath extensively. She has also served as an Arbitrator for the AAA.
